This security update resolves four privately reported vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows. The most severe of these vulnerabilities could allow security feature bypass if an attacker logs on to the system and runs a specially crafted application designed to increase privileges. An attacker could then install programs; view, change, or delete data; or create new accounts with full administrative rights.
